Yoga saved my life
I didn’t have an aha moment of sudden change or spiritual awakening. The journey to where I am now has been a gradual one. Of learning to let go of who I thought I was or who I should be to fit in, to be loved and accepted. Yoga and all of the practises that go with it, fitness and the strength this brings have shown me that being authentic and facing all of who I am is the only way to be truly happy and has taught me this is where I can honor and love myself.
What has always been present is a strong desire to understand happiness & what helps us as humans to continually move away from suffering & live the most fulfilling & joyful life possible. This stemmed from my own journey of internal turmoil having experienced the mental imprisonment of anorexia and depression.

It is from here and, a hunger to see others heal their wounds & experience the same joy & the freedom it brings, I share this knowledge with you.
There are many ways to find peace & acceptance of the ups and downs of life. Life has lead me to find these through building a loving, trusting relationship with myself through caring for my physical body, training my subconscious mind and seeking a lifestyle that continually nourishes me.
To love thyself
To love thyself is a commitment. One of finding the balance within between kindness & consistency. To begin to live intuitively. Lasting transformation comes from small, gradual changes that allow us time to integrate change and to really feel what is best for us both emotionally & physically. Knowing what and how to make this happen can be hard on our own. That is where I come in, to guide you, to see what you don’t, to challenge you on your perceptions.
The tools and methods that I practice and teach create both physical and emotional strength and adaptability.
Life is forever changing and being able to flow with these changes with strength, gratitude and a trust in oneself allows each moment to be an opportunity of bliss.
