As the seasons change, our bodies do also

In classes this month we will focus on reconnecting with the beauty of autumn, allowing ourselves to let go of what no longer serves us so as to leave space for the new elements that are to come. Letting go of fears, learning to trust ourselves, learning to ask for help when we need it. We will ground purselves to the earth and ask for her support as the light hours shorten and the smell of the earth is in the air.
