Yoga saved my life
Unlike many I didn’t have an aha moment of sudden change or spiritual awakening. The journey to where I am now has been a gradual one, immensely beautiful, with many ups & downs.
What has always been present is a strong desire to understand happiness & what helps us as humans to continually move away from suffering & live the most fulfilling & joyful life possible. This stemmed from my own journey of internal turmoil having experienced the mental imprisonment of anorexia and depression.
