Your 1st consultation is free so that you and Rachael can discuss your needs and goals. We will asses which of the following will help you in your journey:

Rachael focuses on building a loving and respectful relationship with the body, using mindful eating and exercise as tools to do this. She has 11 years fulltime experience working with a wide range of clients from 20 – 75 years of age, from athletes to complete beginners.
